 | Erik Roys -- Our
MASTER electrician and overall technical builder (he has put together all
the digital and pneumatic props for us including building the 10 foot tall
gatekeeper, the body split zombie, the lighting and thunder simulation,
the crank ghost, ... just to name a few! He's an absolute
Halloween genious!) This is the man that keeps thing running
smoothly inside the haunt -- there's no way we could do this without him.

| Grandma
-- (Carole VanCleave) My mom has been over several times and
has put in a LOT of hours putting up sheeting, working on props, and doing
odd jobs to get this thing off the ground. She worked in
the concession stand and the Pumpkin Patch last year. What
would we do without you, Grandma?! You're help is
invaluable!! |
| Kevin & Mic -- The evil
genius behind LOTHAR our two headed skeletal dragon.
Excellent work you two -- this project is a one and
only! (Kevin was also the unforgettable --- ANDROMEDA last
year. Thanks Man! You're great for helping us with all
of this!!) |
| Vanessa, Austin, and Katy
-- the rest of the Roys family. They have put in countless hours
decorating and working as actors. They also drove all the way over
to participate in the Franklin County Fair this summer! Katy
and her group ran our concession stand last year and the kids had a great
time scaring you all! These guys really deserve a BIG
pat on the back!! |
| Danielle and Spencer -
They guys flew in clear from ARIZONA to play Halloween with us all!
Thanks Dani for your excellent protrayal of Dot and Head in the Table and
Crazed Trucker and many, many more!! Spencer did an
awesome job taking pictures each night and catching so many people
screaming inside the haunted barn. It wouldn't
have been half the fun without you guys!! |
| Erin & Dan Runde - A
couple made for Halloween! These two are from Manly,
Iowa and have lent a hand building and Erin was even seen inside scaring
people one night! These guys are awfully scary!!
We're glad to have them on board this year!!!! |
| John & Kim Kleusner--
These two have given up a lot of their free time even though they are worn
out from working in the fields ... they still have lent a hand getting
things together and we can't thank them enough!

| Brandon, Breanna, and Lexi
-- These are our neices and nephew from Iowa Falls. This was their
first year inside the haunted barn and I think they're hooked on Halloween
FOREVER! These little guys were seen inside as the
zombie, dead kids ... or you may have seen them roaming the hallways
scaring people. Yep, these guys are sure to grow into REALLY scary
monsters as they get older!! |
| Bryce Rowe-- This guy has
also put in countless hours last year and this year making this thing
tick. When he sees something that isn't right ....
he fixes it. He's not only scary, but
can handle a drill and staple gun like nobody else!! We couldn't do this
without him! |
| Tyke Clavin -- Another
great kid from the South Hamilton school district. Tyke has spent
many hours building and has scared his share of people inside the haunt as
one of the many monsters -- and outside (...remember the porta potty
clown?!). He can scare the bravest of them!! |
| Caitlyn and Bobby - What
can I say about these two that everybody doesn't already know?
They're creepy!! They came in last year and did a super job
everywhere they acted and then came back again this year and were 10 times
as scary. These girls are natural monsters.
We hope they come back again and again! |
| All the other kids from Jewell .... J.D., Isaac, Bethany, Sami, Hoddie, Braxton,
Jessica, Megan, Mallory, and Alexis.
You guys have been a great help this year! We hope to see you all
back as monsters in future years! |
| Brandon Pohlman - Everyone
thought this kid definitely belonged in a haunted house .... he's a
natural! He not only scares you inside the haunt, but
he's awful scary outside as well!! Look for him again
this year!! Brandon has also done his share of building this
year and we really appreciate his all his help! |
| James Perez and his friend Drew
-- Drew didn't make it very long inside the barn with his asthma, but we
still appreciate his effort! James, on the other hand,
didn't want to go home at the end of the night! He's now
become an integral part of this boo crew. Don't try to
find him inside ... cuz you'll never see him!! :o) |
| Tyler Pohlman and friend Josh
- Tyler and Josh make absolutely terrifying dark hallway monsters!
Lets hope we see them both back again in 2006! |
| Mike, Tina, and Riviera Nelson
-- Our concession stand people for 2005. They'll be the ones
feeding our visitors and monsters this year. Tina is
also the "Ahead of Your Time" owner. We thank
these guys for helping us with the concession stand and for being a
sponsor as well. Let's show these guys how
much we appreciate them and EAT, DRINK, and BE MERRY at "The
Dragon's Eye" this year. |
| Bryan and Tammy Boyd and their kids
Hannah, Morgan, Tyler and his girlfriend Alicia (and their
little friend Keaton) --
Bryan and Tammy were actors last year (Tammy was an absolutely EVIL vampire and
Bryan was terrifying as Andromeda!) These two have driven here
all the way from BOONE to help us both build this year AND act inside the
barn. We want them to know
that we appreciate their help and their support!
Bryan made the "Wee Wee Man" come to life this year and he will forever go
down in the hall of fame. Morgan and Hannah
started out slow the first couple of days ..... but after they watched how
the other monsters did it, they were absolutely HORRIFYING by the end of
the season. |
| Ben Showalter and Terry Smith
- Both of these guys are from Iowa Falls. They
stepped in that last few nights and reallly gave our audience quite a
show. Ben made the Dr Death character famous and
Terry helped fill in the spots that we needed help in.
Thanks guys! It wouldn't have been as scary
without you guys!! |
| Tim Malott -- This guy is
seriously twisted. He's a great actor and we thank him so much
for letting us borrow his evil ideas and chainsaw! Tim plays
many roles inside the haunted barn -- Military Maniac, Batman, Alien,
Skeleton Guy, and many more .... Hopefully
he'll be back next year to scare us again! |
| Stoney Fredericks and Dalen Rocha
- These two not only helped out inside the haunted barn and worked on
scaring people but they also came out to the farm and helped us tear
things down. Their help is GREATLY appreciated and we hope to see
them back again next year! |
| Taryn Kline and Rachel Miller
- These two were our biggest fans the first few days we were open.
They later came back and scared the crap out of people inside as two of
our best actors. People are STILL talking about
both of these girls!! |
| Israel, Henry, Ryan, Maggie, Jalen,
Joe, Darrel, Skyler, Edgar, Zack, Josh, Clayton, John, and Keegan
- All of these kids from Hampton stepped in to help us the night of
Halloween when we needed them the most. They were
scattered throughout the haunted barn and played many roles.
They really made Halloween night for the people who came to us to get
scared!! |

still are using this year. These two are from
North Carolina. We've got 'em helping us from all

these two worked on several projects for us last year and we are so
